Parent Classes
Parent Bootcamp
These classes are to get your fitness back or started after becoming a parent. It is really difficult to find time to exercise while looking after your baby/toddler therefore, this class allows you to do both.
The bootcamp will consist of a general group warm up (kids involved if they wish), onto the main circuit based main section, followed by a group cool down.
**These classes are not available to anyone who is pregnant**
